As soon as we receive your order we will get in touch via email to confirm if the items you have requested are currently available for immediate dispatch. If the items are not currently in stock please allow up to 8 weeks for production. We will email you as soon as the items are ready for dispatch.

Our shipping courier is DHL.
In order to assist customers all items are shipped on a DDP (delivery duty paid) basis and all prices shown on our website include the relevant import taxes and duties. The customer will therefore NOT pay any additional taxes or duties. The London Basin Company will take care of all formalities plus paying taxes and duties.
